Hệ thống cơ sở hạ tầng Cụm công nghiệp Tân Bình Vĩnh Long

Hệ thống giao thông

Đường vào Cụm công nghiệp Tân Bình kết nối từ Quốc lộ 54 là đường cấp II, nền đường rộng 12m, lòng đường 7m, lề gia cố mỗi bên 2m, lề đất mỗi bên rộng 0,5m, tải trọng trục thiết kế 12T. Trên tuyến đường có Cầu kênh Trà Mơn được thiết kế bề rộng cầu 12 (trong đó chiều rộng gờ lan can mỗi bên 0,5m), tải trọng thiết kế HL93.

Hệ thống cấp điện

Nguồn điện cung cấp chủ yếu từ lưới điện Quốc gia, từ Trạm biến áp 110/22kV Bình Tân công suất 40 MVA.

Hệ thống cấp nước

- Giai đoạn đầu sử dụng từ tuyến ống cấp nước dọc QL54 của các trạm cấp nước hiện hữu gần khu vực dự án.

- Về dài hạn bổ sung nguồn nước từ Trung tâm nước sạch và vệ sinh môi trường nông thôn…

Hệ thống xử lý nước thải

- Khu thiết kế sẽ được xây dựng một hệ thống thoát nước thải riêng, hoàn toàn độc lập với hệ thống thoát nước mưa.

- Các lưu vực thoát nước thải sẽ được thu gom bằng các tuyến ống được bố trí dọc các đường giao thông, tự chảy theo độ dốc thiết kế về Trạm xử lý nước thải tập trung (công suất 1.400 m3/ngày.đêm)

Hệ thống phòng cháy chữa cháy

- Nhu cầu nước chữa cháy tương ứng với lưu lượng chữa cháy lớn nhất 110l/s trong thời gian 3h là 1.188m3.

- Dọc theo các tuyến đường ống cấp nước có bố trí trụ cứu hoả DN100 bán kính phục vụ 150m để cấp nước cho xe cứu hoả khi có cháy với áp lực tại điểm bất lợi nhất 10m.

Hệ thống hạ tầng viễn thông

- Nguồn cấp từ bưu điện và các nhà mạng trong khu vực.

- Hệ thống thông tin của khu vực quy hoạch là hệ thống tổng đài nội hạt và hệ thống cống bể gồm các ống HDPE chạy dọc các tuyến đường đến từng nhà máy.

Ngày 27/11/2024, UBND tỉnh Vĩnh Long ban hành Quyết định số 2444/QĐ-UBND về việc thành lập Cụm công nghiệp Tân Bình.

Ngày 26/12/2024, UBND tỉnh Vĩnh Long ban hành Quyết định số 2699/QĐ-UBND về việc chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư, đồng thời chấp thuận nhà đầu tư Cụm công nghiệp Tân Bình là Công ty cổ phần Tân Bình Group.

Ngày 25/06/2025, UBND huyện Bình Tân ban hành Quyết định số 3035/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt đồ án Quy hoạch 1/500 Cụm công nghiệp Tân Bình.

Tiến độ Cụm công nghiệp Tân Bình Vĩnh Long

Theo cập nhật từ UBND xã Tân Quới tháng 11/2025, dự án đang trong giai đoạn giải phóng mặt bằng và triển khai giai đoạn 1 với diện tích 32,6ha.
