Dự án Masteri Rivera Danang có tên pháp lý là Khu chung cư cao tầng, văn phòng thương mại và nhà ở Tuyên Sơn do Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển nhà Tuyên Sơn làm chủ đầu tư, đơn vị phát triển là Masterise Homes và tổng thầu xây dựng là Công ty Cổ phần Xây dựng Central.
Ngày 30/11/2019, UBND TP.Đà Nẵng ban hành Quyết định số 5470/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt điều chỉnh quy hoạch chi tiết tỷ lệ 1/500 Khu chung cư, văn phòng thương mại, nhà ở Tuyên Sơn.
Ngày 14/04/2020, UBND TP.Đà Nẵng ban hành Quyết định số 1335/QĐ-UBND về việc chấp thuận đầu tư Khu chung cư, văn phòng thương mại, nhà ở Tuyên Sơn.
Ngày 09/12/2021, Sở Xây dựng Đà Nẵng cấp Giấy phép Xây dựng số 122/GPXD cho phép Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển nhà Tuyên Sơn xây dựng dự án.
Ngày 21/11/2024, Sở Xây dựng TP.Đà Nẵng ra văn bản số 9223/SXD-QLN thông báo 1.112 căn hộ tại Khu chung cư, văn phòng thương mại, nhà ở Tuyên Sơn đủ điều kiện bán, cho thuê mua.
Tiến độ dự án Masteri Rivera Danang
Dự án khởi công lần đầu vào ngày 01/07/2022 sau đó tạm dừng và tái khởi công vào ngày 11/12/2023.
Cập nhật vào ngày 15/5/2025, dự án đang thi công kết cấu đến tầng 14 và hoàn thiện phần thô các tầng dưới.

Dự án Masteri Rivera Danang có tên ban đầu là The Estuary Đà Nẵng do Công ty Cổ phần Phát triển nhà Tuyên Sơn làm chủ đầu tư. Hiện đang được phát triển bởi Masterise Homes – thành viên của Masterise Group.
Masterise Homes là công ty thành viên của Tập đoàn Masterise (Masterise Group), tiền thân là Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Thảo Điền, được thành lập vào năm 2007. Masterise Homes chính thức hoạt động từ ngày 5/11/2019, với trụ sở đặt tại Tầng 3, Khu nhà ở kết hợp thương mại, dịch vụ và văn phòng, Phường Thảo Điền, Thành phố Thủ Đức, TP.HCM.
Masterise Homes hoạt động chủ yếu trong lĩnh vực phát triển bất động sản cao cấp, bao gồm: xây dựng nhà để ở, tư vấn, môi giới, đấu giá bất động sản, tư vấn quản lý, quảng cáo, nghiên cứu thị trường và thăm dò dư luận, tổ chức giới thiệu và xúc tiến thương mại, cùng các hoạt động dịch vụ hỗ trợ kinh doanh khác.
Ngày 20/5, dự án được Masteri Rivera Danang chính thức được Masterise Homes giới thiệu ra thị trường. Các căn hộ dự kiến có giá thấp nhất là hơn 4 tỷ đồng/căn.
