Pháp lý dự án Khu đô thị KITA Airport City Cần Thơ

Ngày 05/05/2005, UBND TP.Cần Thơ đưa ra Quyết định số 1463/QĐ-UB phê duyệt điều chỉnh quy hoạch chi tiết tỷ lệ 1/500 đối với Dự án Khu dân cư Ngân Thuận Bình Thủy (Kho 301) do Công ty TNHH Xây dựng Ngân Thuận đầu tư.

Vào tháng 5/2019, KITA Invest đã mua lại tài sản của dự án này từ ngân hàng Sacombank dưới hình thức đấu giá tài sản thanh lý. Theo đó, công ty trở thành chủ sở hữu tài sản, đồng thời là nhà phát triển dự án. Cũng kể từ thời điểm đó, dự án được lấy tên thương mại là Stella Mega City. Đến tháng 8/2024, KITA công bố dự án đổi tên thành Khu đô thị sân bay KITA Airport City

KITA Invest đã hoàn tất việc thực hiện thủ tục sang tên 2.455 quyền sử dụng đất thuộc dự án Khu dân cư phường Bình Thủy (Kho 301). Cụ thể, 2.455 quyền sử dụng đất này đã mang được cập nhật sang tên Công ty KITA Invest.

Hiện dự án đã hoàn thiện cơ sở hạ tầng, phân lô đất nền. Các tiện ích như công viên nội khu, vườn bonsai… cũng đã hoàn thiện.
