Hệ thống giao thông
- Giao thông đối ngoại: Toàn dự án có 01 điểm đấu nối với tuyến đường Quốc lộ 14, được quy hoạch với quy mô 6 làn xe
- Giao thông đối nội: Quy hoạch đảm bảo việc lưu thông và kết nối thuận lợi giữa các khu đất xây dựng nhà máy, kho tàng, được bố trí với khoảng cách hợp lý giữa các khu, có lộ giới: 60m (8m-19m-6m-19m8m); 42m (8m-12m-2m-12m-8m); 30m (6m-8m-2m-8m-6m); 22m (5m-12m-5m); 18m (5m-8m-5m).
Hệ thống cấp điện
- Nguồn điện: Nguồn điện sẽ lấy từ tuyến cao thế 110kV của địa phương cấp cho khu quy hoạch.
- Xây dựng 01 trạm biến áp có tổng công suất 110/22kV - 1x40MVA để cấp điện cho khu quy hoạch.
Hệ thống cấp nước
- Nguồn nước sử dụng nguồn nước từ nhà máy nước của Công ty Cổ phần cấp nước Chư Sê.
- Hệ thống cấp nước được kết hợp giữa cấp nước sinh hoạt và PCCC, với tổng công suất là 6.700m³/ngày đêm.
Hệ thống xử lý nước thải
- Toàn bộ nước thải của Khu công nghiệp được thu gom dẫn về trạm xử lý nước thải tập trung công suất 4.000 m³/ngày đêm để xử lý, đảm bảo đạt theo tiêu chuẩn theo hồ sơ môi trường được cấp thẩm quyền phê duyệt.
Pháp lý dự án KCN Nam Pleiku Gia Lai
Dự án đầu tư xây dựng và kinh doanh kết cấu hạ tầng KCN Nam Pleiku được Thủ tướng Chính phủ phê duyệt chủ trương đầu tư tại Quyết định số 1118/QĐ-TTg ngày 3/9/2019.
Ngày 24/7/2024, UBND tỉnh Gia Lai ban hành Quyết định số 880/QĐ-UBND về việc phê duyệt Quy hoạch phân khu tỷ lệ 1/2.000 Khu công nghiệp Nam Pleiku, tỉnh Gia Lai. Theo đó, điều chỉnh tăng 5,47ha so với quy mô đã được phê duyệt quy hoạch chi tiết xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/500.

Tiến độ dự án KCN Nam Pleiku Gia Lai

Tính đến tháng 7/2025, đang thi công xây dựng hạ tầng giai đoạn 1 của dự án, với tổng vốn đầu tư đã thực hiện hơn 113 tỷ đồng, đạt 23,7% tổng vốn đầu tư.
